A valid ticket is required for event entry
Participants attend events at their own risk
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who behaves inappropriately
Photography may be taken at events for promotional purposes

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are processed through Ticket Tailor
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
You are responsible for providing accurate booking information

4. Refund Policy

Full refund: Cancellation 3 or more days before the event
No refund: Cancellation less than 3 days before the event
Event cancellation by us: Full refund will be provided
Weather cancellation: Events may be rescheduled; tickets remain valid for the new date or a full refund will be offered

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

Treat other participants with respect and courtesy
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Follow instructions from event organizers
Not consume excessive alcohol before or during events
Respect the privacy of other participants

6. Health & Safety

Participants should be in suitable physical condition for walking activities
Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor walking
Inform organizers of any medical conditions that may affect participation
We are not liable for injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions or failure to follow safety guidelines

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during events
Participants are responsible for their own belongings
We are not responsible for any outcomes of connections made at our events
